We collaborated with professional chefs and the designers of Denmark's eco-friendly Scanpan® to create the first line of commercial-grade nonstick cookware for everyday cooking. Our Scanpan TechnIQ series combines fresh, modern designs for better browning, more even cooking and ergonomic comfort with Scanpan's revolutionary Stratanium-Plus® coating – the most durable nonstick finish available. Our saucepan is the perfect size for preparing oatmeal, side dishes, vegetables and grains with no scorching or sticking.

Use

• Ideal for gas and electric cooktops; not induction-compatible.
• Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
• Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.

Care

• Dishwasher safe.
• Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approx. every five years.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
• Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

Returns of kitchen electrics and cutlery (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners and knife storage) may require extra information and safety instructions. To initiate your return, please contact us at 888.922.4108 or visit us at your local store.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

• If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty specific to the item. This warranty is included in the original packaging. Please refer to it before attempting to return the item.
• All returns must have a Returns Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. The RMA number will allow our Warranty department to associate your returned item with your purchase to ensure swift resolution of your return claim.

• For all approved claims, please allow 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your package for your replacement order to be processed.
• This timeframe may be modified if the item is on backorder status and a comparable substitute is not available.
• If you have an inquiry on the status of your claim, please email scanpanwarranty@scanpan.com and provide your full name and assigned RA number for reference.
• SCANPAN reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
• SCANPAN is not responsible for items lost in transit or items sent without an approved RMA.
