Simple Brunch Buffet
A buffet is ideal when you're hosting a large gathering, such as a weekend brunch. We've designed a menu that's perfect for a crowd yet easy to prepare. The coddled eggs can be assembled the night before and cooked the next morning just before serving. Pair the eggs with an assortment of our sausages—they're fully cooked and only need reheating.

No brunch is complete without a selection of delectable pastries. Our croissants and sticky buns arrive frozen; let them rise 8 hours or overnight and then bake the next morning. Brew pots of coffee and tea, offer fresh-squeezed orange juice and let the party begin.
