Beautiful, dark purple lavender flowers add a touch of the French countryside to any dish. Here they are used to infuse pineapple juice.
- 1 pineapple
- 1 Tbs. fresh pesticide-free lavender blossoms
- Crushed ice as needed
- Lavender sprigs for garnish
Peel and core the pineapple and cut it into spears. In an extractor, juice the lavender followed by the pineapple.
Fill 2 or 3 glasses with crushed ice and pour in the juice. Garnish with lavender sprigs and serve immediately. Serves 2 or 3.
