Ingredients:
- 5 fl. oz. apple cider concentrate
- 5 fl. oz. water
- 3 fl. oz. brandy
- 5 fl. oz. Cointreau or triple sec
- 2 fl. oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, stir together the apple cider concentrate and water. Add the brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into sugar-rimmed cocktail glasses. Serves 4.

Delicious!
I prepared this recipe for my husband and I a week prior to Thanksgiving so we could try it before offering it to guests at our dinner party. It was delicious! I don’t care for Triple Sec, so I used Cointreau, and I used only 1 oz. fresh Lemmon juice because my husband likes mild citrus flavor. I also made a cinnamon-sugar mixture for the rims. It was a hit at the party, and this will be a staple Autumn cocktail for us. I used organic, apple cider that I caught at Whole Foods.

Premade in large batch using Courvoisier VS, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, high quality fresh cider, and cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass. Shook with ice in cocktail shaker before serving to ensure it was COLD.

I disagree with the previous review. Made this drink for Thanksgiving. Perfect blend of simple ingredients. The lemon balances the sweetness of the apple. Everyone loved this!

Seasonal favorite
As soon as the weather turns cool, we turn to this great cocktail. We use just the regular organic cider from our local orchard, rather than the concentrate. I also rim the glasses with cinnamon-sugar.
