Cool and refreshing, this blended iced coffee drink is a snap to prepare in the powerful Vitamix blender. For a mocha frappe, add 1 to 2 Tbs. chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 3 shots cold espresso (1/2 cup plus 1 Tbs./4.5 fl. oz./140 ml)
  • 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz./60 ml) milk
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) ice

Directions:

In a Vitamix blender, combine the espresso, milk, sugar and ice. Cover and blend on low speed, slowly increasing the speed to high. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately. Serves 2.
