This year’s holiday menu was inspired by English traditions. We offer a selection of two main courses: a juicy beef roast paired with savory Yorkshire pudding, or a bone-in pork roast glazed with Seville orange marmalade and accompanied by an ethereal sweet potato soufflé. Round out the meal with other English favorites, including creamy oyster stew and classic steamed fig pudding.
