- Oven Fried Chicken with Baby Spinach Salad
Preheat an oven to 450°F. Brush a large rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.
In a food processor, grind the tortilla chips finely and transfer to a pie dish. Stir in the marjoram, cumin and cayenne pepper. Brush the chicken on all sides generously with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken, 2 pieces at a time, to the crumb mixture and turn to coat on all sides, pressing into the crumbs to help them adhere. Arrange the pieces, skin side up, on the baking sheet.
Transfer to the oven and roast until the crust is brown and the chicken is cooked through, about 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes to crisp.
Put the lime juice in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in the 1/4 cup olive oil to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt and black pepper. In a salad bowl, combine the spinach and tomatoes. Add the vinaigrette and toss to coat. Divide the chicken and salad among individual plates and serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TBipp from Very Happy with this Purchase I purchased the Magimix two months ago to replace my 22-year-old KitchenAid food processor. I could not be happier with this appliance. So far, I have used the blades and the shredding disks. It has incredible power and my favorite is that it can finely chop loose fresh herbs--one of the more tedious tasks that I detest. I look forward to using this food processor for all types of cooking projects.Date published: 2018-04-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave from Well-made, and French I love that this is made for the home by the same company that makes the restaurant Robot-Coupe food processor. I had a Cusinart from the late 90's but only used the chopping blade because I had problems getting the other attachments off of the stem. Getting them on, easy; off, not so much. I gave it away and got the Magimix. Love it. Very powerful. Heavy. Doesn't "walk" all over the countertop when kneading bread. My only wish is that Williams-Sonoma would offer the colors that are available in Europe. Haven't we done enough of the stainless-steel look here? I'm not sure why people complain about not finding additional attachments. I've purchased additional attachments since I had mine. All you have to do is go to the Magimix USA website, go to the bottom of the page where it says Service and Spare Parts and click. It will tell you which website to visit or email. Google more; complain less. One word of caution. Be sure to wipe off the black rubber feet of the appliance so that marks are not left on your countertop or butcher block cart. Outside of this, it is my only concern.Date published: 2018-04-01Rated 3 out of 5 by Zoeknitsinco from Longevity issue I've had this for a few years. Love it,EXCEPT that the handles on both the main work bowl and the top cracked. I've super glued them twice. Trying to find replacement parts isn't easy or is not available. And expensive. I might be better off replacing the whole unit.Date published: 2017-10-01Rated 5 out of 5 by FredS from Best made home food processor available today What can you say? A hand made motor - made in France (not China), multiple accessories let it dice, slice, blend (yes - like a blender when using the Blendermix attachment), chop, shred, puree, make fruit juice smoothies, french fry maker (some of these accessories will have to be hunted down as they're not carried by WS). With a very strong commercial food processor (Robot Coupe who also invented the food processor) background and a crazy long motor warranty (as mentioned its hand made) how can you go wrong? Want something built like things used to be made? Buy this!Date published: 2017-01-14Rated 4 out of 5 by Noahsmother from Spare parts unavailable Great machine - quite a workhorse. But if you need a new blade and spindle you are out of luck. And yes, I googled and the only place I could find them was in UK and they don't ship to US.Date published: 2016-11-17Rated 5 out of 5 by CookingInCal from A Splendid Machine I have been searching for a food processor to replace my 30+ year old Cuisinart. This was recommended by a salesperson in the local Williams-Sonoma store and she was so right. This is a wonderful machine: easy to assemble, powerful and produces perfect results. I hope Williams-Sonoma will consider selling the other Magimix accessories.Date published: 2016-07-14Rated 5 out of 5 by Sue1356 from waited a few months.. So far so good! I have not used all of the attachments but what i have used works great. Powerful motor and easy to use. Happy to note its not made in China. I wish Williams-Sonoma had more products that where not made in China. I am pleased that I purchased the 14 cup Magimix over the 12 cup allowing me to have the space for certain recipes. I don't wash the bowls in the dishwasher keeping it from getting dull as my last processor bowls did. They are very easy to clean.Date published: 2016-06-06Rated 5 out of 5 by bluehilllady from Happy with it I have not used it very much, but have been very happy the times I have used it. Have had it about a month and a half. Use it several times a week, but not every day. For me the pulse mode is new and I like it. My previous food processor is about 37 years old and is also a Robot-Coupe, although it was sold in the USA with the Cuisinart label on it. I have used it a lot but the work bowl is showing signs of wear and tear. The rest of it, including the motor is still in very good shape.Date published: 2015-10-05
