- Use & Care
- Each time you use this skillet, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the cooking surface and preheat the pan slowly before adding food.
- Always hand wash skillet with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and apply a small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
- Store skillet in a dry location.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

The potential this pan possessed from all the craze I just had to buy it. It really lived up to all its hype and I instantly became a loyal cast iron fan shortly after the first use. The pan had a lot to do with it because the ingredients I used were pretty basic, nothing fancy. This pan is one of my favorites I even take it with me on camping trips. I bought the 10 inch skillet several years ago and it is a real trooper. It takes a little bit to heat up, but once it does it does a great job of keeping the heat. I also use it on my BBQ where it's perfect for items that drip grease, making a deep dish pizza, or fish that falls apart easily on a grill. Remember never to soak it in water or you'll cause it to rust, and will then have to do some work to get it back in shape. Just scrape out those bits left over and give it a good wipe down. Once you season the pans some more as per instructions on the web, they cook fabulously, clean up with just water and a stiff brush. They will last for a last time if you treat them well! It is so simple: heat, add your favorite oil/butter (just enough for a thin coating) and then cook. I love doing scrambled eggs or omelets. They never stick. When I clean it, I use a soft green scrubbie with a little bit of liquid Dawn. Wash, rinse and place on stove with the heat on low to dry. By the time I am done with the rest of the dish, the pan is cool enough to put away. Though, I must admit that I keep it on the stove all the time since I use it every day. Can we use it on ceramic glass stove top. Will it scratch the surface of the stove top. Hi Divya, Cast iron pans and any black metal or iron pans will work on an induction cooking surface. Sliding/dragging cast iron skillets over the cooktop can scratch the surface. In a worst-case scenario, you may damage the heating elements or break the stove top. Although some say it's OK to use cast iron on a glass-top stove, we feel it's risky.Date published: 2019-02-24
