The dinner that our founder, Chuck Williams, cooks for Thanksgiving varies a little from year to year, although it remains true to his ideals of simple American home cooking. His apple-orange cranberry sauce and chestnut and sausage dressing are the perfect complements to a plump turkey roasted with herbes de Provence.
