Originating in Valencia, Spain, paella is a dish of saffron-infused rice cooked with various meats, seafood and vegetables. However, there are as many variations of paella as there are Spanish cooks, and the Portuguese have their own take on the dish, arroz de marisco, which tends to be a bit looser, with a more saucy texture and lots of fresh seafood. Whichever kind you prefer, these gorgeous and generously sized main courses are prefect for impressing guests at your next dinner party.
