From long, lingering dinners with wine to outdoor feasts starring the season’s best produce, enjoying great meals together is essential to the Italian way of life. Our favorite Italian dinner party starts with the classic Italian cocktail, the Negroni, as well as potato crocchette and tomato confit with burrata. For the pasta course, we like to serve creamy ditalini with peas, and baked butternut squash paccheri. For a main course, a dish of chicken with olives and artichokes is passed around the table. And a trio of Italian baked goods finishes the meal.
