Hanukkah Menu by Leslie Revsin

This Hanukkah menu was created by Leslie Revsin, a New York chef and food writer who was the first female chef at the famed Waldorf-Astoria. For the holiday, chef Revsin enjoys cooking familiar, comforting foods with a few new twists.
