There's no better way to start off a holiday than with a celebratory brunch. The meal begins with savory everything popovers and a crisp Christmas morning mimosa. For main courses, your guests can enjoy winter citrus with yogurt and honeycomb, or hearty baked polenta with eggs and winter pesto. And for dessert, pass around a plate of gingerbread drop donuts with raspberry jam.
