Willie Bird Mushroom & Herb Stuffed Free-Range Turkey Breast

For those who prefer the succulent texture of breast meat – or when a whole turkey is larger than you need – this hand-prepared turkey breast is the perfect menu choice. Willie Bird start with a free-range turkey raised in Northern California on the tastiest, healthiest natural grains and stuff it with a delicious mushroom and herb stuffing to give the mild moist meat rich savory flavor.

Receiving Instructions

• Turkey breast ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, freeze immediately. Keeps in freezer for up 12 months, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Serving Instructions

• Defrost thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic from product and place in a roasting pan, leave net on. Cook in the center of the oven until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Approximate cook time: 1 1/2 hours for 3 lb. and 2 hours for 5 lb.

• Turkey, seasoned croutons [enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), canola and sunflower oil (rosemary extract and ascorbic acid), whey, salt, sugar, yeast, 2% or less of spices (dehydrated parsley, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, paprika extract, spice extractive, enzymes), mushrooms, water, liquid egg (whole eggs, citric acid, 0.15% water added as a carrier for citric acid), unsalted butter, celery, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), chicken stock (chicken bones, water, carrots, onion, celery), contains 2% or less of: black pepper, carrots, dry parsley, garlic, green onions, onion, oregano, sage, salt, shallots, thyme.
