For Father's Day, Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen/Culinary Director Belle English created this menu as a tribute to her dad, award-winning chef and restaurateur Todd English. “My dad just has the coolest way of combining flavors and knowing what works, a skill he has been teaching me since I was a kid—the art of flavor,” Belle explains. This menu features a simple skillet spoon bread to start things off, two meaty grilled dishes as the main courses and chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches to finish.
