An air fryer cooks jammy eggs to perfection—just the thing for a quick breakfast, lunch or late-night snack. And for the ultimate treat, pair your eggs with our Perfect (Maple) Bacon.

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 eggs, depending on the size of your air fryer
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Preheat an air fryer to 275°F (135°C) according to the manufacturer’s instructions (or 300°F/150°C if your air fryer doesn't go lower).
 
Place the eggs in the fry basket, leaving at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) between each egg. Insert the basket into the air fryer and cook for 11 minutes. Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water. Let stand until cool to the touch, then peel. Cut in half, season with salt and pepper and serve. Makes 6 to 8 eggs.
