- Marble surfaces are naturally porous, and care must be taken to prevent stains, scratches or chips.
- Protect marble from liquids high in acids, such as wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce, which can result in stains. Blot any spills and moisture immediately with a dry cloth, and then rinse and wipe dry with another clean, damp cloth.
- For marble and wood tops, place trays, protective mats, coasters or trivets under glasses, dishes and hot items to prevent scratches and ring marks and to protect the marble or wood.
- Protect wood top from direct sunlight, which can cause cracking and discoloration.
CARE
- Avoid using any harsh chemical-based surface cleaners, abrasive cleaning products, dusting sprays and furniture polish, as they may damage the surface.
- Dust regularly with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove loose surface particles.
- Protect marble tops from liquids high in acids, such as wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce, which can result in stains. Blot any spills and moisture immediately with a dry cloth, and then rinse and wipe dry with another clean, damp cloth.
- Clean and protect marble with a light application of a quality natural furniture wax.
- For marble surfaces, we recommend resealing annually or as needed.

Shipping Information
For select items we offer a choice of delivery service options for one flat rate. These items will be denoted as either eligible for white glove or doorstep delivery.
White Glove delivery service we will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time. We will bring your order to any room in your home, unpack, assemble, then remove packaging materials.
Doorstep delivery service is available for select items at a lower rate and does not require a delivery appointment. With Doorstep delivery you are responsible for bringing the item into your home, assembling and disposal of packaging. Doorstep Delivery is only available if all items in the cart are eligible for doorstep.
Shipping Rates
With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate. The exact shipping charges are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout. All items not shipped via unlimited flat rate will incur a shipping surcharge, but no additional delivery fees. View Shipping Options and Charges.
Return Policy
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
