Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- Cornstarch for dusting
- 4 eggs
- 16 Tbs. (2 sticks/250 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 1 package Bundt cake mix
Directions
- Position a rack in the lower third of an oven and preheat to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease a 10-cup (2.5-l) Bundt pan with butter or gluten-free baking spray and dust with cornstarch. Tap out any excess cornstarch and place the pan on a baking sheet. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and butter until combined, then whisk in the milk. Add the Bundt mix and stir just until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay. Pour the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let the Bundt cool for 20 minutes before turning it onto the rack to cool completely.
- Serves 12 to 16.
