Rated 2 out of 5 by Rajesh A from so disappointed I have already purchased two blenders 5300 and A2500 from Vitamix directly and Dry blender from Amazon.com . I am so happy with all the Vitamix products. But recently I purchased Aer disc container that don't work on Vitamix 5300 although it says it will work with all Vitamix machines. very disappointed . the blade does not work it only stirs . need to return/ replaceDate published: 2018-12-07Rated 5 out of 5 by HeartBow from Aer Disc from Vitamix I bought a bit over a month ago and i have not yet time to explore all the avenues it can create. Therefore, i have tried different latte and i luv it. Vitamix is the best investment I made for my kitchen...i will not go without it. One thing i am hoping they come up with is glass containers so the potent food would not stain the jars. namaste to all chef in the kitchen :) carolineDate published: 2018-12-04Rated 5 out of 5 by kjcgacactil from Perfect Mayo I started making my own mayonnaise earlier this year because I want to eat real food. I make mayo about once a week using the Aer and it comes out perfect every single time. I love it.Date published: 2018-11-30Rated 5 out of 5 by CarloL from Ultra Easy Whipped Cream I now always have fresh whipped cream available with no fuss and zero mess.Date published: 2018-11-29Rated 5 out of 5 by BNS727 from fun addition to my container family I love the fact that you can muddle in this jar as well as make really lovely dressing and whipped cream. we make bulletproof coffee at home now.Date published: 2018-11-29Rated 4 out of 5 by Lees2 from Great, just wish there were more recipes for it Works extremely well to make quick hollandaise, whipped cream, and fruit-infused low sugar drinks.Date published: 2018-11-23Rated 2 out of 5 by Becky C from Fruit gets stuck, defeats the purpose of container I have been wanting the new Aer container for a while, but at first could not justify the cost. I watched a few demo videos and they got me hooked. The problem I am having is when making muddled drinks such as lemonade. I am cutting the fruit per Vitamix instructions (example, cutting lemons into quarters) but every single time, fruit chunks get stuck under the Aer disc blade and stay there, so instead of the container squeezing the juice out of the fruit, the water just swirls around the container as the fruit stays stuck on the bottom. I have used the tamper to try and unstick the chunks, and even stop the machine to unstick them but they just get stuck again! After my last batch of lemonade, I had to manually squeeze the lemon wedges to get most of the juice out AFTER they had been through the blending process. Am I the only one that is having this issue? Is my container defective? So disappointed!Date published: 2018-11-07Rated 5 out of 5 by Veda from Easy Peasy I have all of the Vitamin containers. Love the convenience of them all. Nothing like fresh food/drink. Aer Disk is awesome!Date published: 2018-11-05
