Does this ever go on sale?

Are these flame retardant free?

We do not add flame retardants to any of our products. All of our vendors are required to comply with federal, state, and industry standards for product safety. As a result, we have ensured that all of our vendors for all products comply with the new California Technical Bulletin 117-2013. All of our products meet this new standard, and we do not add flame retardants to the fabric or filling on our upholstered furniture, or any other items.

What are these green pan utensils made of

The body of the All-Clad Precision Nonstick Utensils is stainless steel, while the head is 100% BPA free nylon.

I can’t get the tongs to open. What am I missing?

Hi Trina, To unlock the All-Clad Precision Nonstick Stick Locking Tongs, apply a small amount of pressure to the closed tongs in a downward position. When this is done, the lever located towards the bottom of the tongs should shift into the unlocked position, and the tongs will open. To lock the tongs, hold them open in an upright position and hold them closed with some pressure. Then, when the tongs are held closed, the lever towards the bottom of the tongs will shift to the locked position and lock the tongs closed.

Do these work well with the All-Clad stainless pots and pans?

Hi Meschoenwald, Yes, because these tools have BPA-free nylon heads they are good for use on stainless-steel cookware.

Do these have holes on the end so that they may be hung?

Is the silicon in this set black or a dark grey?

It is not black, it’s dark gray and it will stain specially on tomato sauces.

Return Policy

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).
