• Crafted of organic Biancolilla olives from Sicily, this Le Marké oil is mild, flavorful and exceptionally versatile. The single-harvest olives are collected by hand and cold-pressed to preserve their authentic character and purity. Ideal for making marinades and sauces, the oil is also delicious as a finishing sauce for seafood and pasta, and as a dip for fresh bread and vegetables. It arrives in the company's signature opaque glass bottle, which protects the oil from light to help preserve its flavor.

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Protect from heat and sunlight.
• Once opened, store at room temperature for up to 6 months.
