Can you use frozen fruit in this model

Can this model handle making beet juice?

Hi Barb, The original Nutribullet 600-watt unit is not a juicer. It is a high-speed emulsifier blender, which uses the patented cyclonic action to completely emulsify ingredients into a liquid with the aid of liquid. That said, with sufficient liquid, the original Nutriibullet is perfect for emulsifying beets as well as virtually any fruit and veggies. It can even emulsify ice and frozen fruit. However, we recommend keeping frozen ingredients to about 25% of the ingredients in the cup, so all the ingredients can evenly swirl around and come in contact with the blades. For best results, we recommend making sure the fruits and veggies are cubed and prepped before adding them and the peels, hard pits are removed before blending.

Can it grind ice cubes when added to ingredients?

Hi Sandy, Per the product manual: NEVER BLEND WITHOUT LIQUID AS DOING SO MAY DAMAGE THE EXTRACTOR BLADE. The Cyclonic Action® of your NutriBullet® requires the use of liquids to make smoothies and other nutritious beverages. The NutriBullet® is not intended to be used as an ice crusher or without liquids. Always add liquid to your smoothie.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).
