Harvested Apple

At Blackberry Farm, the farm-to-table philosophy extends to the bar. Calvados adds a hint of apple to this harvest-themed drink, making it perfect for toasting a Thanksgiving bounty. The recipe serves one but can easily be made in a larger batch.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 fl. oz. (7 ml) St. Germain
  • Sparkling wine as needed
  • 3/4 fl. oz. (22 ml) Calvados
  • Apple slice for garnish

Directions:

Pour the St. Germain into a coupe glass and fill halfway with sparkling wine. Top off with Calvados and garnish with an apple slice. Serves 1.
