Get Ur Green On

It’s never been easier to go green. Here, nutrient-packed kale and spinach are sweetened with apple and pineapple and brightened by mint. Young juicers tend to fall for this tasty green number.


  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 medium green apples
  • 1 mint sprig


Juice the ingredients in the order listed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve immediately.

Smoothie variation: Blend in 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat to make a smoothie.
