Vampire Punch Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Williams Sonoma Red Berry Vampire Punch Cocktail Mix
- 1 part vodka, tequila or mezcal
- 2 parts sparkling water
- 1 lychee fruit, stuffed with a maraschino cherry and skewered with a cocktail pick, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the cocktail mix and vodka. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass and top with the sparkling water. Garnish with a lychee fruit skewered with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately. Serves 1.
