Holiday Highball

For the ultimate holiday highball, we’ve blended sweet pear juice with bright, tangy lemon and a hint of spicy ginger. Just add your favorite spirits—and enjoy. For an extra holiday flourish, our Test Kitchen Chefs love garnishing each glass with a fresh or dehydrated pear slice.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Holiday Highball cocktail mix
- 1 bottle vodka, gin, bourbon or Scotch
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh or dehydrated pear slices for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 parts chilled cocktail mix with 1 part vodka, gin, bourbon or Scotch. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a pear slice, if desired, and serve. Makes 1 drink.
