Our vibrant BBQ sauce showcases the rich sweetness of black garlic and caramelized onions, highlighted by ripe tomatoes, molasses and smoky spices. We balance the flavors with a splash of bright, tangy balsamic vinegar. This small-batch sauce is exceptionally versatile – pair it with everything from grilled chicken, seafood and vegetables to beef, ribs and pork loin.
