- Stainless-steel exterior: Use a nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner. Apply with a soft, lint-free cloth. To bring out the natural luster, lightly wipe surface with a water-dampened microfiber cloth followed by a dry polishing cloth.
- Non-stainless-steel exterior: Wipe with a damp cloth, or spray with an all-purpose cleaner and wipe with a lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleanser or metal scouring pads.

These would fit my brownie pan, and up to my 2nd largest le creuset roaster. The dimensions do not include the rack holders. I was thinking that I could use this every day except holidays. I would not have considered it if the internal dimensions had been truthful. I can make some of my smaller recipes in summer, but not my brownies or larger dishes. The toast comes out great, but it's a high price for toast! I can't bake pastry in it, but I'm looking forward to seeing how my smaller casserole recipes come out. I have been using it for 3 months. I must say that it bakes beautifully but I have to figure out when to use the convection feature. I do have some issues with the oven though. 1.It has no light. You would think that for $600 they could put in a light. I have to use a flashlight to check on my foods. 2.You can't raise the temperature in the proofing mode. It is set at 80 degrees. I prefer 85 degrees. 3. Toast? It toasts one side only and that takes 9 minutes. Way too long. 4. I can't quite figure out how to increase the cooking time without it shutting off. It also has a system that you have to monitor or else it beeps constantly. I purchased the Wolf toaster oven because I wanted to be able to bake without having to use my full size oven each time. My current toaster oven (Breville) is good but bakes unevenly, which is not good for bakery items. So far, the Wolf Countertop Oven Elite is excellent -- it bakes small batches of baked goods evenly and I have not been unhappy with anything thus far. I have even baked a cake (12 cup bundt) in it with good results. There is some discrepancy between baking items on the top and bottom rack at the same time, but the difference is not too bad. I have yet to try baking bread in this oven. I should also add that the oven temperature seems more consistent with my small oven thermometer at higher temperatures (assuming that my oven thermometer is correct). Since I live alone, this compact Wolf oven has been great instead of having to fire up a full sized oven. I finally broke down and purchased a full size oven since I had to cook Thanksgiving Dinner. Unfortuantely, the full sized oven stopped working two days after I purchased it (on Thanksgiving Day)! Fortunately, the Wolf oven saved the day warming up all of my dishes since I do not use microwave ovens. What is the interior of the Wolf Oven? Is it non-stick easy to clean interior? How do I clean it?Hi TLynn, The interior is nonstick. To clean inside of oven, wipe oven walls and bottom of oven with a damp soapy cloth. Repeat with a damp, clean cloth. For stubborn stains, use a plastic scouring pad. Regarding space limitations. We also haves a built in area we would like to insert the Wolf small oven into; it allows for 2-3" of space around the sides and top.
