Bring any occasion to a sweet finish with our vanilla cake. Handmade from scratch using premium ingredients, the custom recipe features Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste. Three tiers of moist vanilla cake are filled with luscious vanilla buttercream, covered with a light layer of buttercream and crowned with decadent buttercream swirls. Perfected in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen, the elegant cake is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, showers and brunches.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store boxed cake in freezer, where it will keep for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store boxed cake at room temperature for up to 2 days or in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Serving Instructions

• The cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove plastic from cake and place bakery box in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove box from refrigerator and allow cake to come to room temperature, approx. 2 hours before serving. To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.

• Powdered sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch), butter, sugar, flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) eggs (nisin), egg yolks, sour cream (cultured cream), vanilla paste, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, salt.
