Ingredients
- Grapeseed oil, sea salt, sugar, dark brown sugar, ground paprika, black pepper, rosemary, sage, thyme, granulated onion, orange peel, chives.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, mustard.
Instructions
Receiving Instructions
- Store at room temperature.
Preparation Instructions
- Remove neck and giblets from 14-lb. to 16-lb. turkey.
- Pat turkey dry with paper towels.
- Gently slide fingers under skin of breast and work fingers down to thighs, being careful not to tear skin.
- Rub approx. 2 Tbs. of seasoning paste evenly underneath skin.
- Rub approx. 1/2 cup of paste on outside of turkey, then cook as directed in recipe.
- Serves 10–12.
