Handcrafted by the bakery's talented chefs, this creamy-crunchy, tart-sweet pie combines a chocolate cookie-crumb crust with a rich mascarpone-cheese filling and a vibrant cranberry topping with a hint of ginger and lemon. Serve with whipped cream for a memorable finish to the season's festive meals.

Receiving Instructions

• The pie ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store the pie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Serving Instructions

• If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. The pie is fully cooked and can be served chilled.

• Cranberries, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized cream and milk, citric acid), granulated sugar, chocolate cookie meal (enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, canola oil, cocoa processed with alkali, salt, sodium bicarbonate), cream (milk), cranberry juice, powdered sugar (sugar and cornstarch), salted butter, crystallized ginger (ginger, cane sugar), lemon juice, gelatin, lemon zest (lemon peel, sugar, lemon oil), pure vanilla, salt.
