- Do not soak or clean it in the dishwasher.
- Heat cookware slowly before cooking.
- Stubborn residue can be removed with a metal spatula or nylon pad and a small amount of dish soap.
- If rust develops, remove it, dry thoroughly, oil lightly, and heat in a 425°F oven for 1 hour.
With frequent use, it will benefit from oil in food.
