Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
To protect tin lining from damage, use low to moderate heat on stovetop.
Oven safe to 430°F.
Do not heat cookware empty.
Tin lining protects food from reacting with copper but will become discolored with use. This is normal.
Depending on frequency of use and types of food cooked, tin lining may eventually need to be replaced. To prolong usefulness of tin lining, avoid cooking acidic ingredients in cookware.
Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching tin lining.
Caution: bronze knobs and handles get hot – always use potholders or oven mitts.

Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
Hand-wash.
Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
Dry immediately with soft cloth.
Copper will develop rich patina over time. This will not affect cooking performance. To keep exterior looking new, use copper polish or combination of lemon and salt.

Hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
Allow to air-dry in vertical position. This will allow water to evaporate fully and prevent appearance of mold.
Do not soak.
Do not use chemical detergents.
Do not clean in dishwasher.
For deep clean, rub olivewood with combination of coarse salt and lemon. Alternatively, use soft sponge with sodium bicarbonate and lemon juice. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Let air-dry completely before storing.
Periodically coat tools with small amount of food-grade mineral oil, rubbing gently with soft cloth. Do not use vegetable oil or olive oil.
