When time is of the essence, you’ll appreciate the latest revolution in French baking: the first truly ready-to-bake premium chocolate croissants. Created by master pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon, these petite pastries are prepared by hand with the same all-natural ingredients as our other croissants. They go straight from freezer to oven without a minute of proofing and bake up light and airy, with a delicate flaky texture, a hint of buttery richness, and a filling of rich Beligan Callebaut chocolate. Sized for three or four scrumptious bites, they’re perfect last-minute treats for brunch or tea, kids’ breakfasts and impromptu entertaining.

Mini Classic Croissants
Rated 5 out of 5 by 71PJ from Amazing These arrived as promised, frozen, packed with dry ice. They baked up perfectly and tasted like a real croissant, nice and flaky. They are definitely a treat as they are fairly expensive but for special holiday, they are a great idea. Loved them.Date published: 2018-04-02Rated 5 out of 5 by fambam5 from Delicious Treat! I bought these for something quick and easy to heat up when wanting a chocolate treat. They are excellent! They bake nicely and have light flaky layers. The warm melty chocolate is yummy! They were a hit with my family and went too fast. Will be ordering more.Date published: 2017-06-11Rated 3 out of 5 by Crumpy from freezer to oven mini choc croissants I baked these as instructed, and they came out crisp but dripping with grease (butter I assume). I then took some out of freezer about 4 hours before baking; they rose/proofed, and baked to be like normal croissants--delicious. At the same time I baked some right out of the freezer, side by side with the former; again these came out looking more like filo pastry and dripping with grease (butter). I recommend removing from freezer a few hours before baking to allow them to rise/proof before baking.Date published: 2017-04-29Rated 5 out of 5 by CocoLovesToCook from Delicious & Flaky Golden Chocolate Croissants! These freezer to oven mini chocolate croissants are fabulous!! They bake up golden brown and flaky. The dark chocolate is delicious and just the right amount for the pastry. Best of all I love the mini size. Perfect to bake one just for yourself as a treat and to have on hand if a friend or crowd stops by for coffee.Date published: 2017-01-28Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyReviewer from Excellent Croissants These are fast, easy and wonderful for unexpected company. Just the right size for a cup of coffee! Bake up crispy and scrumptious. Received them as a Christmas present from one of our beloved Bouver des Flandres Rescue dogs as a duo. Thank you Honey and Mick!Date published: 2017-01-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Ggc1 from Excellent mini chocolate croissants These are so good. I have bought them several times and probably will for Christmas morningDate published: 2016-11-08Rated 1 out of 5 by MaureenB46 from Disappointed I bought the classic croissants before and they were wonderful. However, when I opened the box of the freezer to oven mini chocolate croissants, they were one frozen block that couldn't be separated. It seemed like they had been defrosted and allowed to refreeze. I let them defrost again so I could bake, but they came apart. What a waste.Date published: 2016-09-08Rated 4 out of 5 by LesK from Chocolate Croissants These puff up nicely and taste great. They could be a bit bigger.Date published: 2016-01-02
