Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Here's why, many of the reviewers don't realize that olives are a fruit, much like grapes, they are greatly influenced in their taste by their variety, the soil in which they grow, the weather, their exposure to the sun and temperature. Therefore the taste differently year fro year. The mass producers blend their oils (variety of olives, countries of origin etc.) to keep a common, consistent taste. Artisinal (Estate) bottled olive oils will vary year from year; just like wine. Having spent some time in Umbria, I can factually state that Marfuga olive oil is the oil served in the better restaurants (i.e.: il Corrorone in Montefalco) and they are proud of this oil. I have been using this oil for many years and, as I mentioned above, it varies, but I find it to be an excellent Umbrian oil. (2015 Harvest) I got this for my birthday recently because I only use real olive oil. This “Marfuga Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Huile d’olive vierge extra,” (Harvest date 2015, Lot# Z4 18) does not taste or smell like the real stuff. If you ever stood in front of the olive oil press in a farm, or passed by the crushed olives production line, then you would recognize the real deal. The stuff in this bottle is some unknown mixture, including crushed tree leaves. One out of 8 brands that I try from the market in L.A. these days might actually smell like the real thing, but not this bottle. It is an old fact that much of the olive oil on the market shelves is simply not the real deal. I did not invent this information. It is in the news.
