• Wipe clean with soft, damp cloth. If needed, hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately.

Glasses

• Hand-wash. Hand-painted glass should always be washed by hand, with a sponge or soft cloth, mild detergent and warm (not hot) water.
• Glass with luster embellishments (along the rim or elsewhere) should not come into prolonged contact with acidic foods such as lemons.

Two-Slice Toaster

• If bread becomes jammed, unplug toaster and allow it to cool. Invert toaster and shake gently. Do not attempt to remove jammed bread with sharp or pointed tools, or silverware.
• Unplug toaster and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth and small amount of dishwashing detergent.
• Avoid using abrasive scouring agents, steel wool, metal objects, hot cleaning agents and disinfectants, as they may cause damage.
• Do not immerse toaster or cord in water or other liquid.
• Caution: Crumbs will accumulate in crumb tray and can catch fire if not emptied periodically. Clean crumb tray regularly. Pull out tray and wipe clean with damp cloth. Dry thoroughly and reinsert in toaster.
• Ensure toaster is completely dry before storing or using again after cleaning.

• Dishwasher safe; for best results, hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately.

• Unplug kettle before cleaning.
• Wipe exterior clean with soft damp cloth.
• Avoid using harsh and abrasive cleaners.

• Descaling: Frequency of descaling depends on water hardness in your area and how often kettle is used. If kettle shuts off before boiling or white deposits appear inside, descaling may be necessary. Use commercial descaling agent and follow recommended dosage in instructions. Do not use vinegar to descale.

• Use caution with hot liquids. If handle is too hot to hold, then beverage is too hot to drink.

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
