- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe.
- Each time you use pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.
- Wash, dry and rub with cooking oil. A little soap is welcome.
- Store in dry location.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I had them before and always gave up on them. i got the 12 " on a recommendation. My first time outI I awed my family!!!! T-Bone steak so amazing!!! So easy. Clean up a breeze and best of all it was light enough to handle a Hot pan full of perfectly cooked meat and Ghee with herbs. What kind of oil has this skillet been seasoned with? Does that oil contain soy?Hi Benny, Lodge uses soy-based vegetable oil to season their traditional cast iron and carbon steel cookware in their foundries. There are no synthetic chemicals added at all. The oil is highly refined, and all proteins that cause soy-related allergies are eliminated. The oil is kosher and contains no animal fat, peanut oil, or paints. Some cookware may have slight variations in the seasoning finish. These variations do not affect cooking performance and typically even out with use.Date published: 2019-12-12
