- Wipe top clean with a soft brush or cloth and a mild detergent.
Teak Base
- Wipe up spills immediately with a dry rag, carefully blotting to prevent staining.
- For liquid spills or stains, mix lemon juice or vinegar with salt until it forms a thick paste, rub paste over the stain for about a minute, use a damp rag to wipe away any residue and polish the surface with teak oil to restore the desired finish.
- Weathering and color variation over time is natural for teak outdoor furniture. The teak will age to a silver grey as the finish weathers and the wood is exposed to the elements.When new, the natural teak-oil finish on this furniture may develop water spots and streaks when exposed to water. These can easily be removed with gentle washing. Wet the surface of the teak and use a soft brush with a solution of mild cleanser and water to scrub it. Rinse well and let dry in the sun.

Shipping Information
For select items we offer a choice of delivery service options for one flat rate. These items will be denoted as either eligible for white glove or doorstep delivery.
White Glove delivery service we will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time. We will bring your order to any room in your home, unpack, assemble, then remove packaging materials.
Doorstep delivery service is available for select items at a lower rate and does not require a delivery appointment. With Doorstep delivery you are responsible for bringing the item into your home, assembling and disposal of packaging. Doorstep Delivery is only available if all items in the cart are eligible for doorstep.
Shipping Rates
With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate. The exact shipping charges are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout. All items not shipped via unlimited flat rate will incur a shipping surcharge, but no additional delivery fees. View Shipping Options and Charges.
Return Policy
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
