Authentic paella, cooked outdoors on an open fire, is a Spanish tradition that goes back generations. Now you can join the party with this large-capacity all-in-one cooking kit from the Valencia region of Spain – where the dish originally hails from. Simply attach the burner to the tripod, hook it up to your propane tank and place your ingredients in the pan on top to get started.

Use

• Read all included instructions before use.
• Propane burner is for outdoor use only.
• Set burner on fireproof surface or use appropriate burner tripod.
• Do not move burner while in use.
• Do not leave burner unattended.
• Level burner with pan on top before starting to cook.

Care

• Before first use: fill the pan with water and a splash of vinegar, heat on high and simmer for 10 minutes with tiny bubbles on the pan bottom; allow to cool, pour out water, wash and dry thoroughly, and then lightly coat inside with vegetable oil to seal surface to prevent rusting.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance: after washing pan, immediately dry it (do not air-dry); wipe with vegetable oil to seal surface and prevent oxidation.
• If pan rusts due to lack of maintenance, steel wool will remove.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.
