Italian Parbaked Bread Loaves, Set of 2

Italian bread is famous for its crispy crust, tender crumb and irresistible aroma – and it's most delicious served warm from the oven. Now, you can enjoy this traditional treat at home with parbaked loaves from DiCamillo, a fourth-generation family-owned bakery founded in 1920. Made using an original recipe and the finest ingredients, the loaves are rolled by hand and hand cut in a traditional scaletta (ladder) pattern. Serve the fresh-baked loaves with butter alongside your favorite soup, stew or salad.

Receiving Instructions

• Loaves ship fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Keep frozen until ready to bake.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 450°F.
• Remove frozen loaf from bag and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Bake loaf until golden brown, approx. 12 minutes.
• Let stand for 3–5 minutes before serving.

• Enriched bromated bleached flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, potassium bromate, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, contains 2% or less of: yeast, salt, whey, sesame seeds, yellow degerminated corn meal, monocalcium phosphate, l-cysteine, potassium bromate.
