Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Refrigerate after opening.
Preparation Instructions
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. (750 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) pieces
- 1 jar soup starter
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz./455g) diced tomatoes
- 3 cups (750 ml) water or low-sodium chicken broth
In an Instant Pot® set to Sauté, warm the oil. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned all over, about 5 minutes.
Add the soup starter, tomatoes and water and stir to combine. Lock the lid in place, seal and set to cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
When pressure cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam.
Carefully remove the lid and ladle the chili into bowls.
Serves 4 to 6.
