For a special meal they'll never forget, treat everyone to a winter feast of premium wild-caught shellfish – carefully selected, boxed and shipped to your door. Founded in 2015, San Francisco-based Four Star Seafood is a chef-curated marketplace that provides pristine, sustainably sourced seafood to top restaurants in the Bay Area. Our exclusive assortment features Dungeness crab halves, snow crab clusters and white Texas gulf shrimp, all flash frozen to preserve their delicious flavor and texture. Simply thaw the shellfish overnight, follow our simple directions (see Use & Care tab), then serve with plenty of melted butter, condiments and garlic bread.

• Includes 5 lb. precooked Dungeness crab (10 crab halves), 3 lb. precooked snow crab clusters (approx. 6–8 pieces) and 2 lb. shell-on raw white gulf shrimp (approx. 36).
• 10 lb. total (8 servings).
• Crab clusters include claws and legs.
• Claws are precut to expose main portion of meat for easy removal.

Dungeness Crab:

Receiving Instructions

• Crab halves ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store crab halves in freezer for up to 6 months.

Serving Instructions

• Keep crab halves frozen until the day before cooking. Thaw overnight in refrigerator in container where they can drain well.
• After thawing, steam crab halves in large pot for 5 minutes.
• Remove and serve with the seasonings and condiments of your choice.

Snow Crab Clusters:

Receiving Instructions

• Crab clusters ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store in freezer for up to 6 months.

Serving Instructions

• Keep crab clusters frozen until the day before serving. Thaw overnight in refrigerator in container where they can drain well.
• After thawing, serve hot or cold.
• To serve cold, pair with seasonings and condiments of your choice.
• To serve hot, boil with spices and flavorings of your choice in large pot for 5 minutes. Remove and serve with condiments of your choice.

White Gulf Shrimp:

• Shrimp ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store shrimp in freezer for up to 6 months.

Serving Instructions

• Keep shrimp frozen until the day before cooking. Thaw overnight in refrigerator in container where it can drain well.
• Cook shrimp in simple stock with white wine and vegetables. Simmer for approx. 4 minutes. Peel before eating.

• Dungeness crab, snow crab clusters, white gulf shrimp.
