Slice into this towering treat to reveal a sweet surprise – six rainbow-hued layers of tender vanilla cake and a cascade of colorful candy sprinkles. Kassem's team of artisan bakers prepares each cake from scratch with fresh ingredients, then fills the layers with sprinkles and vanilla cream cheese frosting. The cake is finished with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles in the most cheerful colors of the spectrum.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in bakery box in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in freezer for up to 1 year.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight. If refrigerated, take cake out and remove plastic wrap approx. 1 hour before serving. 
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice. 
• Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

• Cake: Flour, butter, milk, cream cheese (pasteurized nonfat milk and milkfat, whey protein concentrate, whey, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum, xanthan gum, guar gum, sorbic acid [preservative], vitamin A palmitate), eggs, baking powder, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt. 
• Sprinkles: Sugar, cornstarch, FD&C colors Red #40 Lake, Red #3, Yellow #5 Lake, Yellow #6 Lake, Blue #1 Lake, carnauba wax. 
• Liqua-Gel Color Pack: Water, high-fructose corn syrup, glycerin, sugar, Yellow #5, modified food starch, Red #3, Blue #1, Yellow #6, carrageenan gum, sodium benzoate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative), citric acid, xanthan gum, Red #40. 
• Rainbow Explosion Mix: Sugar, cornstarch, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, gum arabic, confectioners' glaze, carnauba wax, reduced protein whey (milk), cocoa, corn syrup, tapioca dextrin, salt, Yellow #6, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Blue #2, Red #40, Red #3, titanium dioxide. 
• Rainbow Polka Dots: Sugar, cornstarch, Red #3, confectioners' glaze, carnauba wax, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Blue #2, Yellow #6, Red #40.
