This delightful dessert is inspired by the golden pastries found everywhere from street fairs to baseball games. It starts with four tiers of ultra-rich cake, delicately spiced with fragrant cinnamon and creamy vanilla. The tall treat is filled and covered with vanilla cream cheese frosting, then decorated with cinnamon sugar. Ideal for special occasions, the cake is handcrafted by the expert bakers of Amirah Kassem's famous FLOUR SHOP – one of the world's most colorfully creative bakeries.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove boxed cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 5 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 3 hours.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• If refrigerated, take cake out and remove plastic wrap approx. 1 hour before serving. 
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
