Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove boxed cake from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 5 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 3 hours.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• If refrigerated, take cake out and remove plastic wrap approx. 1 hour before serving. 
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
