For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Emile Henry has been crafting artful kitchen ceramics since 1850, when the French company was founded in a small town in Burgundy. Today, it's still proudly owned and operated by members of the Henry family. The mineral-rich soils of Burgundy are known for creating wines with unique terroir, but they also yield the special local clays used to craft each piece of Emile Henry cookware and bakeware. The high-fired clay withstands extremely high temperatures while distributing and retaining heat gently and evenly. Artisans hand apply the glazes to create vivid color that looks beautiful in the kitchen and at the table.

I am very disappointed with this pan. I own and LOVE the Emile Henry Pizza stone. Sometimes, the crust just doesn't get done before the top, so I was hoping this ribbed surface would be the answer. Well, it isn't. The original Emile Henry Pizza stone had the dough stick to it the first time I used it, but it never happened again and is wonderful!! This one also had the dough stick to the stone the first time....and the second...and the third....and now the 4th. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to take a well-cooked pizza out and the peel turning it into pizza soup because the dough is all stuck to the stone! Very frustrated and I will hope to return this for another non-ribbed, Emile Henry Pizza Stone. With a peel, it's very easy to place and remove pizzas on this pizza stone and the lip in the back prevents it from sliding back further than you'd like.
