This collection contains the deli's most popular options, from hearty meat dishes and classic comfort food to vegetable-based favorites. A convenient option for working families, the set also makes a great gift for newlyweds and new parents. Just bake each entrée until bubbly for a simple, satisfying meal.

Month 1

• Beef Lasagna: A savory ragu is made with local beef and pork, vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh herbs. It's layered with tender lasagna noodles and soft herbed cheese, then topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. (2 lb. 4 oz.)
• Beef Stroganoff: Tender slices of locally sourced Piedmontese beef, mushrooms and tender egg noodles are covered in a tangy cream sauce with notes of mustard seed, sour cream and brandy. (2 lb. 2 oz.)
• Meatloaf: Locally sourced beef, Andouille sausage, eggs and vegetables are bound with herbed bread crumbs, then covered with ketchup. (2 lb. 1 oz.)

Month 2

• Polenta Dolcetta: Bob's Red Mill polenta is mixed with pungent Gorgonzola dolce cheese, then layered with a pleasantly spicy tomato sauce and gooey fontina cheese. (2 lb. 6 oz.)
• Zuni Stew: This Southwestern specialty features roasted butternut squash, corn, blue lake beans and tomatoes in a thick spicy sauce, topped with locally sourced cheese. (2 lb. 1 oz.)
• Vegetable Lasagna: Made with fresh local tomatoes, a bright, tangy marinara sauce is layered between tender lasagna noodles and soft herbed cheese, then topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. (2 lb. 4 oz.)

Month 3

• Ultimate Macaroni & Cheese: Fusilli con buco pasta is covered in a cheddar cheese sauce with hardwood-smoked bacon and sliced caramelized onions, then topped with panko bread crumbs and fresh parsley. (2 lb.)
• Beef Pot Pie: Large, tender chunks of beef and vegetables are bathed in a hearty beef gravy sauce, then topped with a golden, flaky pastry shell. (2 lb.)
• Swedish Meatballs with Spaetzle: Handmade meatballs featuring ground beef, turkey and pork are covered in a lightly tangy beef gravy, and accompanied by pillowy spaetzle topped with fresh chopped herbs. (2 lb.)

Receiving Instructions

• Entrées ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. 
• Upon receipt, store entrées in freezer for up to 60 days or in refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Preparation Instructions

• If entrée is frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. 
• Conventional Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Place entrée on sheet pan, remove lid and cook for 40 minutes. Allow entrée to rest for 5–10 minutes prior to serving.
• Convection Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Place entrée on sheet pan, remove lid, cover entrée with foil and cook for 40 minutes. Remove foil during last 5 minutes to brown top. Allow entrée to rest for 5–10 minutes prior to serving.
• Microwave: Remove lid and cook on high for 5 minutes. Rotate tray 90°, then cook for additional 3–5 minutes. For carousel microwaves, skip rotation and check entrée after 4 minutes. Allow entrée to rest for 5–10 minutes prior to serving. Note: Preparing entrée in microwave can affect texture of pasta and increase rate of oil and dairy fat separation.
