Rated 4 out of 5 by Marco861 from Wore one out This is the 2nd Cuisinart Burr Mill I have bought. The first one was used for about 3 months, then sat in the basement for several years. When I brought it back out it was used extensively for 6 months before it just started spinning without grinding the coffee. Since we use it several times a day at the shop, I decided to get the same unit. I also bought a Cuisinart blade grinder for the occasional use at home.Date published: 2019-10-08Rated 4 out of 5 by Amom from Coffee mill I don’t like how after you grind a few beans that it stops working I don’t know why it does that all the time we just bought it I think that should be fixedDate published: 2019-10-06Rated 1 out of 5 by suzsuz from Not the Same Our first Cuisinart Supreme Grind lasted 7 years and was used everyday. Made of solid components, we were very happy with the grind quality. When it came time to replace it, I ordered the exact same thing.. What came was a much cheaper version. Plastic and flimsy more like it. The slide that tells the machine how many cups to grind was very lose and poorly constructed. The top chamber where you fill the coffee had fewer options for grinding. I sent it right back.Date published: 2019-10-05Rated 5 out of 5 by Squatch from Outstanding quality Heavy duty mill. Able to grind 2 pounds of coffee with no trouble. Multiple settings for different size grounds.Date published: 2019-10-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Add this to your arsenal! We make cold brew and love the Coarse setting in addition to the usual ones!Date published: 2019-10-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Gr8fulShop from We love our coffee grinder! Excellent grinder. The only issue I have is that it’s really loud. Other than that, it’s perfect! We love it!Date published: 2019-10-02Rated 5 out of 5 by DeLutis from Sturdy/Reliable Good Coffee Grinder, our 2nd in 24 years. Old one started to fill mechanism/motor area with coffee grounds. Figured after 24 years that it was time to buy a new one, it owed us nothing. Highly recommend it.Date published: 2019-10-01Rated 4 out of 5 by Kaiceratops from Great grinder on a budget. Works quite well, just as a burr grinder should. The only complaint I have is that the container for the grinds doesn't seal well. While grinding, small particles of coffee get blown out of the sides where the container slides into the main grinder. Not a HUGE deal, just a little bit of an annoyance making extra clean up necessary.Date published: 2019-09-29
Can you leave extra coffee beans in the bean hopper between grinds or does this lead to clogging the chute? How often should you clean the hopper etcYou do not need to remove all the bean after each use, as for cleaning the grinder will depend on how often you use the unit and the oils in your beans.Date published: 2019-10-18
