Brining poultry, pork and other meat is simple with our heavy-duty, leak-proof brining bags. Each reusable plastic bag has a double-zipper seal top for a leak-proof closure.
- Set includes three reusable bags, one small and two large.
- Small bag holds a pork loin or up to a 5-lb. chicken.
- Large bag holds up to a 23-lb. turkey.
- Heavy duty bi-polymer walls resist punctures, and the double zipper prevents leaks.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I would have to say that was the most delicious, moist turkey I have tasted. My family thoroughly enjoyed the turkey as well as the other William Sonoma food items I purchased. But I’ve always used some common sense and never not put the heavy turkey plus brine mixture on a tray to lift. I think the bag seals beautifully and the clips help reinforce the bag shut. The ‘ziplock’ on these bags is a bit tricky - you have to press very hard and hear the click before they’re sealed well. Folks rave about the turkey and I think the brine makes it so juicy. I also cook my birds in an oven bag. My only complaint is that you get two sizes in each box and since I only use these at Thanksgiving I’m always wasting the small one. I was satisfied with the bags. They don't leak and make fitting the turkey back into the refrig easy. I used an organic turkey purchase from Costco and followed the instructions. The end result was not worth the trouble. The turkey was not flavorful and in fact was odd in taste.
