- Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, rice flour, tapioca starch, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, active dry yeast (BHA [preservative]), cinnamon, natural flavors, sorbitan monostearate (rehydration agent).

Receiving Instructions
- Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick/56g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) warm water (105°F–115°F/40°C–46°C)
- 2 cups (284g) waffle mix
Directions
- Spray the grids of a waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray and brush or wipe to coat evenly. Preheat the waffle maker to medium-high or to your desired setting.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter and warm water until combined. Add the waffle mix and whisk until smooth; do not overmix.
- Pour enough batter into the center of the wells of the waffle maker so they are almost full. Immediately close the lid and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until crisp and golden brown. Remove with tongs or a fork when ready. Serve hot.
- Makes 4 waffles.
- Variation: Stir fruit or nuts into the batter before cooking, if desired.
- Serving Suggestions: Serve waffles with butter and warm maple syrup.
